    At Tewkesbury C of E Primary School we offer a wide variety of school clubs – both lunchtime and after school. In the event of a club cancellation, parents will be notified as soon as possible – we will endeavour to avoid club cancellations.

    In order to take part in the club, Black and Gold Archers require your child to be registered through Archery GB. Archery GB is a national organisation who keep records of all clubs in the country. Black and Gold Archers require your child to be registered purely for insurance purposes. Black and Gold Archers will register your child for you but will require the following information to do so. Your Child’s Name, Sex, Date of Birth, Address and a telephone number and email. By signing your child up to this club you are indicating you are happy for the school to provide this information to Black and Gold Archers, in order to register your child with Archery GB. There is a charge of £1 per child, per week for this club.

    Club Rules

    • Children should attend every club session – if a child is unable to attend a club session, parents should notify the club leader (through the school office) in writing. 
    • Children are expected to behave appropriately during all club sessions. 
    • Children should bring with them the correct equipment and clothing to allow them to fully participate in the club session.

    If you have any questions regarding clubs, please call in and speak to the school office or a member of staff.
