Dragon Art

Throughout the spring term, we have been learning all about the Anglo-Saxons. Mythology tells us the Anglo-Saxons believed a white dragon represented their army and a red dragon represented the English. The dragons went to war and the white dragon prevailed, representing the Anglo-Saxons defeating the English.

As part of our art sessions, we have used a range of mediums to create dragons’ eyes. We are amazed by the children’s artwork!
