I am delighted to inform you that we have raised over £2000 during our Super Schools Sponsored Event. Thank you for all your support with this initiative and should you have any remaining monies due, please send them in to our school office. The children will receive their free photographs with the athlete and many children have qualified for and will receive medals based upon the high levels of sponsorship raised. With a proportion of this money going towards the charity to support our countries up and coming athletes, we will have well over £1000 to spend on our after schools clubs and playtime toy provision that the school council have been researching. I will keep you updated on our purchases in due course.
Reception class enjoyed a ‘Tumble Tots’ session which will be starting soon here in the school hall on Saturday’s.

Tewkesbury C of E Community Centre
This week we played host to the senior citizens luncheon at the centre. Our guests enjoyed a roast meal with desert provided by the school kitchen.  The guests took the opportunity to see the internal changes and facilities now on offer. Many signed up to the internet café sessions and asked for a number of other activities to be catered for. We were very fortunate that voluntary support to the centre to run clubs and maintain the gardens/grounds was also pledged. Cannon Paul Williams also joined our guests.

Pre-School
Our pre-school is increasing weekly with new children joining. We have Free Funded places available for all 2, 3 and 4 year olds.  The Pre-School team is led by Miss Rowland and Mrs McMahon and supported by Mrs Hughes, Miss Hewett, Miss Smith and Miss Merriman.
If you have a pre-school aged child why not drop by and see the team and view the amazing learning experiences.
